Now am going to highlight the famous personalities in the world of Cricket, without them Cricket is totally incomplete, insufficient, and imperfect.
Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar was born on April 24, 1973 in Bombay, India. He started his international career at the age of 16 and played his first ever one day International match against Pakistan at Karachi.
He was one of the brilliant batsman of his time with most number of runs and centuries in all formats of game.He was considered as main pillar of the Indian cricket team. After Sir Don Bradman, Sir Vivian Richards , Sunil Gavaskar he was called as "Face Of Modern Cricket". A player who was considered as Lord Of Cricket, a player who loves to encourage the young generation, a player who was magnificent example of his generation, a player from which cricketing shots started, a player whose straight drive is one of the favorite short of cricketing fans,a player who is the most worshiped cricketer in the world,a player who was adroit of sportsmanship, a player who scored Hundred of Centuries in all formats of cricket,a player who was never castigated, and criticized by cricketing fans,a player who was first to score double century in One-Day International cricket, a Legend whom every bowler loves to bowl.
There were no apparent weaknesses in Tendulkar's game. He could score all around the wicket, off both front foot and back, could tune his technique to suit every condition, temper his game to suit every situation, and made runs in all parts of the world in all conditions.
He ended his interview with tears on his eyes,he became emotional even i felt that all words came from his heart.A True Legend will always remain in our hearts.Though he got retired but his memories will lie among us.
In an emotional statement, Tendulkar said: "All my life, I have had a dream of playing cricket for India. I have been living this dream every day for the last 24 years. It's hard for me to imagine a life without playing cricket because it's all I have ever done since I was 11 years old. It's been a huge honor to have represented my country and played all over the world. I look forward to playing my 200th Test Match on home soil, as I call it a day.
"I thank the BCCI for everything over the years and for permitting me to move on when my heart feels it's time! I thank my family for their patience and understanding. Most of all, I thank my fans and well-wishers who through their prayers and wishes have given me the strength to go out and perform at my best."
